Quite a large cottage with plenty of lock ups and urinals. Two lock ups nearest the door seem to be the most successful for crusing for .

Cross street: N/A - Hours:9-5 every day. Closed in the evenings.
Best times: I have often found them to be very good on Sundays. Had quite a lot of during Sunday daytimes. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Foot under the wall trick seems to work here still, as does standing out at the urinals discreetly wanking your willy.
Cruisiest Spots: At the urinals, or even in the lock ups. - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / All on one level, no steps at all.
- Warnings:Cleaner usually in attendance in different office.
Warnings: Don't go into a lock up togther, and be careful of families out walking along the beach. It isn't fair that they should get caught up in any deeds, or be exposed to it.
