A wonderful, small, friendly sauna and steam room complex. Relax and unwind, check out the others or maybe some discrete action. Overall a wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff too.
Crowd: Wide variety of men, all shapes and sizes and ages. When I first got in touch with them comments from friends and contacts were that it was all older men but that has not been my experience, it can be quiet and is only small, but it is very friendly and soon fills up.
Facilities: Locker room, lounge area with water to drink, hot and cold showers, jaccuzzi that seats 4 at a time, sauna and best of all a eucalyptus scented steam room.

The sauna is situated on the eastern side of the town and best located by following the signs to the Heath Road Hospital. Pass the hospital on your right hand side following signs for Felixstowe. Go straight over the next roundabout and take the first turning on your left into Penhurst Road. It is situated along this road in a parade of shops next door to the Co-op. There is plenty of parking outside the premises both to the front and the rear.

Sunday 2.00 pm - 8.00 pm.
Best times: Tuesday and Thursday early afternoons seem to be good. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Be discrete guys - it is a public place and there are those who dont want anything to do with the cruising, and who just enjoy being naked and revitalised by the experience or just want to chat.
Cruisiest Spots: It's a toss up really between the jaccuzzi where the water jets bump you into others legs and bodies, and the bubbles mean you can have a nice fondle, or the steam room where the heat and moisture lead to lots of nice body contact - on the last few occasions complete strangers have ended up giving and receiving wonderful massages (and if you want the real massage experience then they can provide that too at an extra cost). - Nudity / Policy:Yes / It's an all male sauna on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays (and sunday afternoons) so lots of nudity.
Policy: There are various notices around urging people to act in appropriate ways, so discretion is needed, but there hasnt been a problem on the various times I have visited. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:As it is so small you are bound to bump into someone again if you have decided you arent interested - and a couple of times I'bve had to be polite and firm in saying no thanks - but nothing really.
