The bushes all have spots to duck away from the plain view. There are two areas everyone cruises around and a couple of areas that people park in. BEWARE of the COPS. They get upset, easily. Keep your eyes open, even if it's the best head you've given/gotten.

Off the frontage road paralleling Highway 80. Located on Bolivar Way, at the foot of Bancroft Way, between Asby & University Avenues.
  • Crowd:All kinds, Cal studs, late night workers, tweekers.
  • Hours:Dawn to dusk.
    Best times: Evenings are best but late night can get real hot.
    Dates open: Dawn to dusk.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:During the day there are joggers and dog walkers and frisbee golfers.
    Cruisiest Spots: The bushes along the railroad track are the hot zones.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / It's risky but I've seen naked men/women/half-dressed trannys
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:They will arrest you. I saw a sweep from the freeway a few months ago.
    I haven't been there in a long time because of it.
    Warnings: Berkeley Police do not like you parking there after dark. They cruise through regularly. If there's a bunch of cars cruising though, use your discretion.

  • I have never seen any "Cal studs" here. A lot of old people. Married people who stop by on their commute back to Hayward, Latinos, Black guys, some homeless people... and little privacy.

  • They have trimmed away the bushes in large sections..and they have closed off previously available areas. This place is no longer fun in the daytime because of lack of hiding places for fun. It is better at night...watch out for cops and for homeless/hustler types.

  • RAIDS! Raids have been going on at Aquatic Park alot lately be extremely careful and alert if you decide to risk going still

  • I was out there today for the first time. Looking around. I saw a man in a uniform hiding in the port-a-pottie. Stayed clear. He went back to his car and stayed in parking lot. Then he pretended he was leaving. I pulled out and another guy followed me. Guy in uniform followed, I left area entirely. Uniform guy was driving a white late model sedam.
    I don't know if it was a Holiday Sting so I left and will probably never go back.

  • I should be down that way the begining of October. Was wondering if it is still worth the stop. Have had good times in the past.
